Hi! I’m Ronza Potter.
I’m a mom, a life coach, and an imperfect human.
I’m a Palestinian living in the United States. My husband is Korean American. Our daughter is a beautiful mix of the both of us.
I love my daughter. I’ll do anything for her. I’m also a woman with desires, needs and dreams. Motherhood is not all my identity. Motherhood is one part of my identity.
I really really really dislike the patriarchy and dieting culture because it makes women and mothers feel like shit about themselves.
I give a lot of shit about women’s issues. I feel furious when women are mistreated. I feel terrible when I see women who feel disgusted by their bodies, feel like a failure, don’t feel confident, don’t feel enough and lovable, and feel stuck and lost.
My goal is to share with as many women as I can the life coaching tools that can help them feel really good about themselves, get confident, stop giving a f*ck about what others think, feel free and live their lives to the fullest.
I hit rock bottom twice in my life. The first time was two years before I had my daughter (she’s five now). The second time was after I had my daughter. Life coaching saved me both times. I also witness how it changes the lives of the women I coach. That’s why I deeply believe in life coaching.
One client told me that three months of life coaching sessions with me was better than 7 years of therapy. I have nothing against therapy. It’s just this is how effective and life-changing life coaching is.
There are things I like to do for myself and make sure to make time for. (I laugh when people say…this is what I do in my free time…). I’m like what free time? I’m a mother. I don’t have free time! I make time for the things that make me feel good.
So, here’s what I do “in my free time”:
- I go out with my friends. We talk about everything. We laugh and cry together.
-I travel by myself (no husband or kid) to have a good time and recharge. My last trip was to Portugal. It was a lot of fun!
-I go to boxing classes twice a week. I got into boxing in 2024. In the beginning, I just wanted to punch a bag. Now, I do it because it’s a lot of fun and I always feel good after each class.
-I put on loud music when no one is home and I dance.
-I play with my daughter in our backyard and snuggle with my husband on the couch at night after we put our daughter to bed.
It’s so good to meet you.
If you feel stuck and are looking for something that can help you change your life, you are in the right place.
